What is your alcohol policy?
Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted; however, disorderly or intoxicated persons will not be tolerated. Furnishing of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Pennsylvania State Law considers anyone under the age of 21 a minor. No glass bottles.

What credit cards do you accept?
Carlisle Events accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit cards accepted by individual vendors may vary.

What if I am disabled?
Disabled guests are welcome to enter with their own wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled electric convenience vehicle (ECV). Disabled individuals may rent an electric convenience vehicle from our authorized vendor Scootaround located just inside Gate 3 with appropriate credentials. ECV rentals are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Operators of ECVs are required to possess appropriate credentials while on grounds. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis for disabled persons unable to operate a three-wheel vehicle who have their own properly insured golf cart and who make arrangements 3 weeks in advance of arrival.

Can I fly a drone at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, Carlisle Expo Center, or on Carlisle Events owned properties?
No remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices are authorized to operate on, above or below the Carlisle Fairgrounds, The Carlisle Expo Center, or the surrounding Carlisle Events owned properties at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, unmanned aircraft systems, radio-controlled model aircraft, other devices that can be operated in airspace and remote-controlled cars/ground vehicles (collectively, “Drones”). Carlisle Events will notify the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), and/or any other law enforcement authority deemed necessary of any incidents involving airborne aircraft or any other unauthorized remote-controlled ground-based vehicles.

Do you have handicapped parking?
Handicapped parking is available at every show. Parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate area upon arrival.

I bought more than I can carry! Do you haul parts?
Temporary vehicle - passes to pick up parts or deliver supplies are available from security at Gates 1 and 3. The passes allow vehicle entry onto the Fairgrounds for a maximum time limit of one hour. A $50 deposit is required in addition to the holding of your driver’s license. The passes are not available between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Thursday (Spring and Fall Carlisle) as well as Friday and Saturday of any of our other events. More information is available at Guest Services near the Grandstand.
Hand Cart Rental - Rent a sturdy hand cart at Guest Services. Your driver's license is held until the cart is returned and a donation to the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation is requested." Lost and found articles should be turned in or claimed at Guest Services next to the Grandstand or the Security office at Gate 3.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Unsecured Wi-Fi Hot Spot - A broadcast internet service (public signal) is broadcast from the stage area during events. It is provided as a courtesy and the ability to connect to it is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your information and your equipment when accessing the Internet via this hot spot. Carlisle Events assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to your computer equipment or other property on account of your use of this hot spot.
Secured Wi-Fi Access - Available for a limited amount of sponsors per event. Arrangements are made with and through the Sponsorship Department. These arrangements need to be in place prior to the event.
Direct High Speed Internet Access - Vendors in Building T or Y wishing to have Internet access, should make arrangements for “DSL” with the same provider of phone service to their sites. Direct High Speed Internet Service is not otherwise available.

Do you offer any military discounts?
Active duty, reserves, and retired military members save $5 on single-day spectator tickets at the gate with valid military ID (discount for ID holder's ticket only).

Do you facilitate package receiving?
Packages shipped to our facility for vendors are stored in the receiving building located outside Gate 5. Hours will be posted at the building. There is no charge for the first three packages received per vendor per show. Vendors will be charged $5 for each additional package. Vendors will be charged a forklift fee of $25 per skid for delivery and unloading. A separate pickup and return fee is also $25 per skid.

Can I bring my pet?
Due to sometimes extreme temperatures, varying pavement surfaces and the unpredictable nature of animals, Carlisle Events discourages pet owners from bringing pets to the Carlisle Fairgrounds for health and safety reasons. Visitors who do bring pets to the Fairgrounds must keep their pet leashed at all times; provide your pet with food/water/shade; pick up and dispose of your pet’s waste in waste receptacles; and refrain from having your pet interact with other pets and patrons at the event. Pets are not permitted in the Food Court area. Please do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle at any time during your stay with us. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccines and have a current license. Your pet must be under your control at all times and you are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet or as the owner, may result in expulsion from the Fairgrounds without refund.

Where are your restrooms, showers, and water fountains?
Numerous clean restrooms are located throughout the facility. Free hot showers are located behind the two-story white stone building and the Main Bath House on G-row south of the Grandstand.
Water fountains may be found inside the Grandstand next to the men’s restroom, at the restroom building located on Row G (two aisles behind the Grandstand), and outside the restrooms at the two-story white stone building.

Do you have event security?
Security patrols the fairgrounds 24 hours a day during events. They are located in the red building next to Gate 3. Security personnel are dressed in clearly labeled "Security" uniforms. On-grounds Security can be reached at 717-960-6429.

Can I park my trailer?
Limited space is available at some of the events. Overflow goes to adjoining property within walking distance from the fairgrounds. Fee applies.

How can I get around the Fairgrounds without walking?
On Grounds Transportation - For safety reasons, the use of all personal means of transportation (bikes, scooters, golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles or minibikes, etc.) is forbidden on the Fairgrounds from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. on all show days. No unlicensed drivers may operate these vehicles at any time. Verification of insurance is required.
Scooter Rentals - Rentals are available at each event and rentals can be booked online at scootaround.com (Carlisle Chrysler Nationals 2023 | Scootaround) For information about renting an ECV from Scootaround, our authorized scooter and wheelchair provider, located just outside Gate 3, contact them by phone at 888-441-7575
Golf Carts - We strongly discourage the use of golf carts for the safety of our guests. Vendors may use them before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. Guests may only bring golf carts under certain circumstances and only if our requirements are met at least two weeks prior to the event. If you are unable to use a scooter for your mobility challenges and wish to learn more about bringing your own golf cart, please contact us at 717-243-7855
On Grounds Taxi Service - Our Security Dept. operates on grounds transportation for donations to the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation. Call 717-960-6429 to request a ride.
Off Grounds Transportation - For taxi service, call Harrisburg City Taxi at (717) 243-4343. Arrange for pick-up at Gates 1, 2 or 3.

Where can I cool off?
Located in the center of the north side of Building T near the restrooms, anyone who is minding the heat/humidity and needs a cool place to recharge is welcome to rest in the Cool Down Room.

Do you have any nursing stations?
Located in the center of the north side of Building T near the restrooms, nursing mothers are welcome to relax in our nursing room, a comfortable, private location where moms can tend to their little one’s needs. This space accommodates two nursing moms and includes a diaper changing station. Enter through the Cool-down room to access the Nursing Room.

Do you have notary services?
Temporary tags, title work and vehicle registration can be transacted at the Notary Office in the Car Corral. Proof of insurance is required.

Someone near me is making too much noise. What should I do?
The volume of radios, stereos, TVs, loudspeakers, etc., should not disturb or be a nuisance to others. Please contact our security team 717-960-6429 to dispatch someone to assess the situation.
